ABOUT
Canadian Coloratura Soprano Olivia Morton's performing has been described as "engaging" by Opera Canada and as having a “silvery tone and lovely high piano” (Ludwig van Toronto). Olivia performs a variety of concert and sacred repertoire including recent performances with the Kindred Spirits Orchestra and Metropolitan United Church of Toronto.
Previous roles include Pamina in Die Zauberflöte (Glenn Gould School), Valencienne in The Merry Widow (Toronto Operetta Theatre), Amalia in Abigail Richardson's The Perfect Screw (Glenn Gould School), Donna Anna in Don Giovanni (Summer Opera Lyric Theatre), Corina in David Conte's Firebird Motel (San Francisco Conservatory of Music), Suor Genovieffa in Suor Angelica (Accademia Europea dell'Opera), First Lady in the World Premiere of A Northern Lights Dream (Summer Opera Lyric Theatre), and Barbara in Night Blooming Cereus (Summer Opera Lyric Theatre).
